1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the jlfff Casino website accessible at https://jlfff.net, including all games, features, and services offered therein.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account on the jlfff Platform or accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the jlfff Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's jlfff account, including real-money deposits and any applicable bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by jlfff.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be played through before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region where online gambling is illegal or where jlfff is not licensed to operate.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the jlfff Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. jlfff does not permit access to individuals under 21 years of age under any circumstances.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register as Players.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
4. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jlfff, or an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
6. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jlfff or by any regulatory authority including PAGCOR.
7. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

jlfff reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) jlfff account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password;
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you;
• Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date at all times;
• Notifying jlfff immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

jlfff will never request your password through any communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jlfff that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

jlfff reserves the right to suspend or close any account that it reasonably believes is being used in breach of these Terms, pending investigation. During any such suspension, access to account funds may be temporarily restricted.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

jlfff accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱) through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at jlfff's discretion.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• jlfff does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name.
• jlfff reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it suspects is connected to fraudulent activity or money laundering.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts that match the verified identity of the registered Player.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the Player's account dashboard.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a processing period. Standard processing times are displayed at the time of request and may vary depending on the payment method selected.
• jlfff may request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedure and is not an indication of wrongdoing.
• Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.

jlfff is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network issues beyond our reasonable control.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jlfff offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have a fully verified jlfff account in good standing.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a Wagering Requirement, which must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited if the Wagering Requirement is not met within the specified validity period.

• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable Wagering Requirement process.
• jlfff reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a Player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are limited to one per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jlfff Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which has been independently tested and verified to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the theoretical long-term payout rate and do not guarantee individual session results.

• Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the Platform's system. In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during gameplay, jlfff reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's balance.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing wagers. Game rules are accessible within each game interface.
• jlfff reserves the right to void any bet or game result that it determines was affected by a software error, data corruption, or any other technical fault.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the game result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded on jlfff's servers, the server record shall be deemed authoritative.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jlfff Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of circumventing geographic restrictions;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward jlfff staff or other Players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the jlfff Platform or its underlying software.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jlfff Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of jlfff or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from jlfff;
• Use any jlfff trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Use Platform content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlfff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jlfff Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access where the Player failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials;
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond jlfff's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate game information displayed due to a technical error;
• Any loss or damage arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms.

jlfff's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jlfff's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10 Privacy & Data

jlfff collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on jlfff, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jlfff implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jlfff cannot guarantee absolute data security.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Termination & Suspension

jlfff reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player;
• A regulatory requirement or court order requiring account closure;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.

Upon account closure for reasons attributable to a Player's breach of these Terms, jlfff reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds. Where account closure is initiated by jlfff for reasons not attributable to Player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting jlfff's customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period, during which the Player's account will be suspended.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jlfff operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the jlfff Platform complies with all laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

14 Amendments

jlfff reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
